综合档案馆作为我国公益性的文化事业机构,开展好公关工作、维持良好的公众关系是满足新形势下社会各方面更多样化高层次档案需求和争取有利于自身发展的社会条件、实现传统档案馆向公共档案馆转型的必要条件。文章阐述了综合档案馆公关的概念与特点,系统分析了新形势下其公关的类型和保障机制。

Carrying out public relations work well and maintaining good relations with all types of public has been a necessary measure for the General Archives which are China*s public cultural institutions in order to meet the more diverse and high-level requirements of Archives utilization from all aspects of society,strive for favorable social conditions forself-development and realize the transformation from Traditional Archives to Public Archives.The article expounds the concept and characteristics of public relations in the General Archives,and systematically analyzes the types and guarantee mechanism of it in the new situation.
