基于PLC件数差压铸造电气控制系统设计

摘要 针对复杂薄壁铸件,本次研究了基于PLC的件数差压铸造电气控制系统。该系统主要针对传统差压铸造电气控制系统资源利用率低、吞吐量性能差的问题,利用PLC控制器改善其性能。按照B/S结构,利用采集层中的绝压传感器和表压传感器采集差压铸造设备中的压力值,并对其进行转换和滤波处理,再将压力数据通过CAN总线传输到主控层当中,利用PLC对数据进行分析、结果显示等,判断数值是否超过预设值,并根据结果利用调节阀进行相应的执行操作。与传统差压铸造电气控制系统相比,资源利用率更高,吞吐量性能更好。 To meetthe demand for complex thin-walled castings in aerospace,thisstudy introduces the electrical control system of differential pressure casting based on PLC,which is applied to solve the problems of low resource utilization and poor throughput of traditional differential pressure casting electrical control system and improve its performance.According to B/S structure,the system is divided into three layers:acquisition layer,transmission layer and main control layer.Firstly,the absolute pressure sensor and surface pressure sensor in acquisition layer are used to collect the pressure value in differential pressure casting equipment,and then the pressure data are transformed and filtered.Finally,the pressure data are transmitted to the main control layer through CAN bus and are analyzed and the results are displayed by PLC.Also,whether the value exceeds the defaults is determined and the control valve is used to perform the corresponding operation according to the results.Compared with the traditional differential pressure casting electrical control system,the differential pressure casting electrical control system based on PLC programmable controller is higher in resource utilization and better in system throughput performance.
