基于专业认同视域下的高职生职业决策能力提升探索——以福州职业技术学院为例

A Research on How to Improve the Career Decision-making Ability of Higher Vocational College Students in the Perspective of Professional Identity--A Case Study of Fuzhou Polytechnic

摘要 高职生择业时的频繁流动容易造成就业市场的不稳定性。本文在福州职业技术学院选取不同年级的475名学生为研究对象,对影响高职生职业决策能力进行调查,结果发现高职生的专业认同度是重要的因素。研究认为提高高职院校学生的职业决策能力应激发学生的专业认同度,从高职院校、学生自身等方面加强改进,帮助学生建立专业和职业的关系,正确的进行自我评价,树立职业发展目标,提高人才培养的质量。 The higher vocational college students;frequent job-hopping is the main cause of swinging employment market.The study,taking 475 students from Fuzhou Polytechnic as objects,surveyed the decision-making ability of higher vocational students when choosing their career.The results showed that professional identity plays an important role.So,to improve the students decision-making ability,the following are suggested,stimulate students;professional identity,perfect from the aspects of schools and students,help students establish the relationship between major and occupation,carry out a correct self-evaluation,set up a goal of career development and improve the quality of students.
