语言扶贫对推动扶贫事业的促进作用——以陕西省扶贫工作为例

On the Roles of Promoting Mandarin as Poverty Alleviation Work--A Case Study of the Poverty Alleviation Work in Shaanxi Province

本文结合我国脱贫攻坚战略实施现状,从语言文字事业主要是推广普通话(以下简称“推普”)的角度出发,深入探究语言扶贫现状和“推普”对脱贫攻坚战略目标实现的重要意义,并对当前语言扶贫的缺失现状及其原因进行分析,为陕西省早日实现脱贫攻坚战略目标献言献策,助推国家脱贫攻坚战略顺利实施。

Based on the current situation of poverty relief and fortification strategy in China,this paper explores the significance of popularizing Mandarin to achieve the strategic goal of eliminating poverty from the point of view of language,and analyses the current situation and the reasons why promoting Mandarin has not been applied to help to pull the local people out of the poverty.Hopefully,the study will be helpful for Shaanxi Province to achieve the goal of eradicating poverty earlier,and so will our country.
