Dual Network Embeddedness,Knowledge Integration and Innovation Performance

本文构建了一个以知识整合为中介变量的双重网络嵌入性影响创新绩效的中介模型,并通过对343家跨国制造企业进行了问卷调研和实证检验。研究表明:双重网络嵌入性、知识整合对国际化绩效均具有显著的正向影响,且知识整合在双重网络嵌入性和创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。本研究结果支持并拓展了"双重网络嵌入性—知识整合—创新绩效"这一作用路径,并对促进跨国公司的创新发展具有积极的借鉴意义。

Taking knowledge integration as a mediator,it constructed a moderated mediation model to explore the relationship between dual network embeddedness and innovation performance.The relative field test was implemented by the valid data collected from 343 multinational manufacturing enterprises.The results indicate that knowledge integration mediate the relationship between dual network embeddedness and innovation performance.The result extends the path of"Dual network embeddedness—Knowledge integration—Innovation performance",and has a positive reference for promoting the innovation and development of multinational enterprises.
