摘要 中外人力资源管理比较主要表现在人力资源部门定位、人力资源招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、管理手段。我国人力资源管理仍处于较低层次和水平,管理现代化的实现仍有很长一段路要走。要积极引进、吸收国外先进人力资源管理理念、模式,结合我国实际,因地制宜,积极创新,更新观念,树立起全球化管理理念和意识,以人为本,将人力资源管理与文化建设相结合,积极创新并最终形成具有我国特色的人力资源管理模式。 The comparison of human resources management between China’s and foreign countries is mainly manifested in the orientation of human resources department,recruitment and allocation of human resources,training and development,performance management and management means. China’s human resources management is still at a lower level and the realization of management modernization still has a long way to go. We should actively introduce and absorb foreign advanced human resources management concepts and modes,combine with China’s actual situation,adjust measures to local conditions,actively innovate and renew concepts,establish the concept and consciousness of global management,put people first,combine human resources management with cultural construction,actively innovate and eventually form human resources with Chinese characteristics resource management mode.
