摘要
当前大学课堂问题行为严重影响了教学质量,不利于学生发展和学风建设。本文从学校、家庭以及学生个体三个维度分析产生这些问题行为的原因并从学校、家庭以及学生三个方面提出预防和矫正的对策与建议,从而帮助学生完成从学生到社会人角色的成功转换,促进大学生全面健康发展,为进一步做好"课堂问题行为问题"管理工作提供经验借鉴和理论参考。
At present,problematic classroom behavior in universities has seriously affected the quality of teaching,which is not conducive to the development of students and the construction of learning style.This article from the school,family and student individual three dimensions analysis causes of the problem behavior and from the school,family and student three aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions of prevention and correction,so as to help students finish from students to the successful transformation of social role,promoting the comprehensive and healthy development of college students for further"the issues of classroom problem behavior"experience for referene and theoretical reference for the management work.
