摘要
目的:观察落新妇超微粉的抗肿瘤作用,并与普通粉的药效进行比较。方法:建立S180实体瘤和艾氏腹水瘤模型,将小鼠随机分为模型组、低剂量组(0.5 g/kg)、中剂量组(1.0 g/kg)、高剂量组(2.0 g/kg)、普通粉组(2.0 g/kg)和氟尿嘧啶阳性对照组,分别观察落新妇超微粉和普通粉的肿瘤生长抑制率、生命延长率和对免疫器官质量的影响。结果:落新妇各给药组均对S180荷瘤小鼠的瘤块生长有明显的抑制作用,超微粉低剂量组(0.5 g/kg)的药效与普通粉组(2.0 g/kg)相当,超微粉中剂量组、高剂量组的药效明显高于低剂量组;落新妇各给药组能明显延长艾氏腹水瘤小鼠的生存时间,且中、高剂量超微粉的生命延长率与阳性对照组相当,超微粉各给药组的药效强于普通粉组。落新妇各给药组能提高荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数。结论:落新妇有较好的抗肿瘤作用,并对荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官有保护作用。超微粉的给药剂量明显降低,降至普通粉的1/4,仍具有明显的药效作用,甚至优于普通粉。
Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor effect between submicron powder and fine powder of A.chinensis.Methods:The model of S180 tumor and Ehrlich’s ascites tumor mice were randomly divided into six groups:low,middle and high dose of submicron powder(0.5,1.0,2.0 g/kg),fine powder group(2.0 g/kg),positive control group and model group.The tumor growth inhibition rate,life extension rate and effect on the quality of immune organs were observed.Results:All the drug groups showed significant inhibition of tumor growth in S180 tumor-bearing mice.The efficacy of the lowdose of submicron powder group(0.5g/kg)was comparable to that of the fine powder group(2.0 g/kg).The efficacy of the middle and high dose of submicron powder group was significantly higher than that of the fine powder group.The survival time of echevert ascites mice was significantly prolonged in each group,the life extension rate of middle and high dose submicron powder was comparable to that of the control group.The effect of submicron powder was stronger than that of fine powder.Each A.chinensis group can improve the thymus index of mice with tumor.Conclusion:It has a good anti-tumor effect and has a protective effect on immune organs of tumor-bearing mice.Lower dose groups of submicron powder of A.chinensis has a significant anti-tumor effect,which is better than that of fine powder which in higher dose.
