摘要
通过研究P V B树脂的羟基含量和棉胶粘度在一定范围内的变化,最终引起P V B膜粘接强度的改变,深入分析其规律性;同时将制成的PVB膜干燥至不同程度,即含湿量分别为1.0%左右和0.5%以下时,进行合片粘接,测试其粘接强度,分析实验数据,最终了解影响PVB膜粘接强度的一些影响因素。
By studying the change of the hydroxyl content of PVB resin and the viscosity of cotton glue within a certain range,the change of bonding strength of PVB film is finally caused,and the regularity is analyzed in depth.At the same time,the produced PVB film is dried to different degrees,that is,wet.When the amount is about 1.0%and 0.5%or less,the bonding is performed,the bonding strength is tested,the experimental data is analyzed,and some influencing factors affecting the bonding strength of the PVB film are finally understood.
