视频处理计算机设备的热设计与优化

摘要 为解决视频处理计算机设备大功率运行时的结构散热问题,运用Icepak散热分析软件进行仿真模拟。以设备实际使用的环境温度和高温实验温度为约束,建立机箱的热仿真模型进行计算求解,经后处理后得出风量分布情况、整机的温度以及PCB板上敏感器件的温度值。对结果进行全面的散热分析并着重对相应风道结构、风向进行优化,在风机安装位置处开设通风口,在风道进口和出口附近的上下盖板处均开设蜂窝孔,增加通风量,充分提高系统的散热性能。通过实验验证了该优化方法的有效性。 To solve the heat dissipation problem of a video processing computer equipment during its high-power-working time,a thermal simulation was completed with the Icepak software.Under the constraints of usage environment temperature and high test temperature,a cabinet model was constructed to calculate and simulate possible air distribution,temperature value of the system and the sensitive electronic device on PCB board.The simulation results were fully analyzed,especially the optimization of wind tunnel and wind direction.Not only the ventilation opening is set near the fans,but the honeycomb holes on coverplates were set near the wind inlets and outlets,which were finally combined together to improve the cooling performance.Through verification tests,availability of the optimal design was verified.
