摘要
胀接是管壳类换热器管子管板连接的主要形式,机械胀接以胀接效率高、接头连接强度大、生产成本低等优点被广泛采用。但是对于大直径、厚壁管的胀接,因为胀接扭矩大,胀接操作过程中容易挤压管子管板焊缝,影响产品质量。通过改造机械胀管器,避免了对管子管板焊缝的损伤,并通过宏观、微观检测以及拉脱力检测,验证了改造方案的可靠性,为解决类似问题提供借鉴。
Mechanical expansion is a main form of connection between tube and tubesheet of shell and tube heat-exchangers.The mechanical expansion process is widely adopted due to such advantages as high expansion efficiency,high joint strength,low production cost.But for the expansion of large diameter and thick-wall tubes,because of large expansion torque,the tube to tubesheet weld is easy to be squeezed during the expansion,which affects the product quality.Through improvement of the mechanical tube expander,the damage to the tube-tubesheet weld was avoided successfully.And the reliability of the improvement scheme was proved through macroscopic,microscopic and pullout tests,which provides reference for solution of the similar problems.
