摘要
文章以321不绣钢为例,对不锈钢在冶炼加工中,夹杂物的形成以及变化进行研究,对二次氧化、Ti、Al与Ca在夹杂物方面产生的影响进行分析。结果表明该型号钢冶炼时主要存在TiN与CaO·TiO2-MgO·Al2O3两种类型夹杂物。在喂钛线之前存在CaO-TiO2与CaO-SiO2-Al2O3以及其他夹杂物。完成喂钛线处理之后,主要含有CaO-TiO2-MgO·Al2O3。若是没有借助Ca-Si与Al进行脱氧,或借助Ca-Si进行脱氧之后,在喂钛线前进行吹氩弱搅拌处理,能够有效排出CaO夹杂物。
Taking 321 stainless steel as an example,this paper studies the formation and change of inclusions in stainless steel smelting process,and analyzes the influence of secondary oxidation,Ti,Al and Ca on inclusions.The results show that there are mainly two types of inclusions,TiN and CaO·TiO2-MgO·Al2O3. There were CaOTiO2,CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 and other inclusions before feeding titanium wire. After titanium wire feeding,it mainly contains CaO-TiO2-MgO·Al2O3. If Ca-Si and Al were not deoxidized,or Ca-Si was used to deoxidize,then argon blowing and weak stirring before feeding the titanium wire could effectively discharge CaO inclusions.
