ПГВ-1000卧式蒸汽发生器运行期间关键部位的损伤机理及缓解措施

摘要 对俄罗斯、乌克兰和保加利亚等国多个WWER-1000机组的ПГВ-1000卧式蒸汽发生器在运行期间其关键部位的损伤机理进行了长期跟踪和研究,整理和分析了冷集流管钻孔区域联系带、集流管与壳体接管段的111焊缝区域的损伤问题,并提出了各种改进、缓解和监督措施,为国内WWER机组或其他设施的同类型卧式蒸汽发生器的运行和老化管理提供参考依据。 The degradation mechanism of key parts ofПГВ-1000 horizontal steam generator in operation for several WWER-1000 units in Russia,Ukraine and Bulgaria are tracked and studied for a long time.The damage problems in the contact zone of punched area of cold collecting pipe and the 111 welded joint between collecting pipe and casing connecting section are collated and analyzed.And several improvements,mitigation and supervision measures are proposed to provide reference for the operation and aging management of the same type of horizontal steam generator in domestic WWER units or other facilities.
