摘要
提出了以偏钛酸为原料,经高温高压晶型完全转化为锐钛型,粒径控制在200~300nm,再经过后处理生产的化纤消光用二氧化钛,具有粒径分布窄、分散性好的优点,该产品性能达到了国外同类产品的水平。
It is proposed that titanium dioxide for extinction of chemical fibers,which is produced from metatitanic acid by high temperature and high pressure,can be completely transformed into anatase,and its particle size is controlled at 200~300 nm.The product has the advantages of narrow particle size distribution and good dispersibility,and its performance has reached the level of similar products abroad.
