小氮肥生产中节能技术改造的应用研究

摘要 经过多年发展,我国氮肥工业的生产工艺技术装备、生产能力已经位居世界首位。但受制于能源构成,我国氮肥工业多以煤焦作为主要原料,从而导致严重的水、气污染,因此我国氮肥工业属于重污染行业。在国家大力倡导节能减排,绿色发展的今天,氮肥工业探索节能减排之路势在必行。就小氮肥生产中节能技术改造的应用,展开了研究分析,以供参考。 after years of development,China’s nitrogen fertilizer industry production technology equipment,production capacity has ranked first in the world.However,limited by the energy composition,China's nitrogen fertilizer industry mainly USES coal coke as the main raw material,which leads to serious water and gas pollution.Therefore,China's nitrogen fertilizer industry is a heavy pollution industry.In the national vigorously advocate energy saving and emission reduction,green development today,nitrogen fertilizer industry to explore the way of energy saving and emission reduction is imperative.Based on this,this paper tries to study and analyze the application of energy-saving technology transformation in the production of small nitrogen fertilizer for reference.
