摘要
对既有老旧住区电气管线服役现状进行全面的整理和分析,归纳出既有老旧住区内有关电气管线在设备性能、运行管理、改造过程中存在的一系列问题并分析产生的原因。针对这些问题,提出相应改造技术措施,分析不同改造技术措施、施工工艺、不同管材对既有老旧住区电气管线的影响。并基于层次分析法(AHP)建立既有老旧住区电气管线改造评价模型,通过专家调查法确定6个准则层和5个评价指标,进一步论证既有老旧住区电气管线改造的可行性以及技术指标权重。
The current service status of electrical pipelines in existing old residential areas is sorted out and analyzed comprehensively,and a series of problems existing in the equipment performance,operation management and reconstruction progress of electrical pipelines in existing old residential areas are summarized and the causes are analyzed.The corresponding reconstruction technical measures are proposed for these problems,and the impact of different reconstruction technical measures,construction technologies and different pipe materials on the electrical pipelines in existing old residential areas are analyzed.The evaluation model for electrical pipeline reconstruction in existing old residential areas is established based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Six criterion levels and five evaluation indicators are determined through Delphi method to further demonstrate the feasibility and technical indicator weights of electrical pipeline reconstruction in existing old residential areas.
