摘要
采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法建立20%阿维·甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂的含量检测方法。以乙腈-5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,使用Extend-C18柱,50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm和AJS ESI离子源及MSD检测器,对试样中的阿维菌素和甲氧虫酰肼进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明,甲氧虫酰肼和阿维菌素线性相关系数分别为0.9991和0.9998,变异系数1.69%和3.86%,平均回收率92.74%和109.39%。该方法的操作简单,快速准确,准确度、精密度和灵敏度均满足要求,可用于20%阿维·甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂含量检测。
In this study we established a UPLC-MS/MS method to analyze the 20%avermectin-methoxyfenozide suspending agent.The parameters were as follows:MSD detector,AJS ESI ion source,0.05 mmol/L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile solution as mobile phase,and Extend-C18 column(50 mm×2.1 mm×1.8μm)as fixed phase for gradient elution.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for methoxyfenozide and avermectin were 0.9991 and 0.9998,the variation coefficients were 1.69%and 3.86%,and the average recovery rates were 92.74%and 109.39%,respectively.The method is simple,and its precision,accuracy and sensitivity were all satisfactory,which is suitable for the analysis of 20%avermectin-methoxyfenozide suspending agent.
