急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者一体化溶栓模式治疗的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

目的探讨急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者一体化溶栓模式治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院收治的30例STEMI患者作为对照组;选取2017年2月~2019年2月我院收治的30例STEMI患者作为观察组。对照组采用静脉溶栓治疗方法,观察组采用一体化溶栓模式方法。比较两组溶栓治疗后的血管再通率、心肌酶指标情况。结果观察组的2 h胸痛缓解率、2 h心电图回落≥50%和再灌注性心律失常率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肌酸激酶峰值、肌酸激酶同工酶峰值均低于对照组,达峰时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前院内一体化溶栓模式可以尽早恢复患者心肌灌注,进而提高溶栓治疗成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated thrombolysis in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods Thirty patients with STEMI admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the control group;Thirty patients with STEMI admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as observation groups.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy,and the observation group was treated with integrated thrombolysis.The revascularization rate and myocardial enzyme indexes after thrombolytic therapy were compared between the two groups.Results The 2 h chest pain relief rate,2 h electrocardiogram fall≥50% and reperfusion arrhythmia rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak value of creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the peak time was shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated thrombolysis mode in the front yard of the hospital can restore the myocardial perfusion of the patient as soon as possible,thereby improving the success rate of thrombolytic therapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
