阴茎套联合利多卡因胶浆治疗早泄的临床效果

Clinical effect of condom combined with Lidocaine Mucilage in the treatment of premature ejaculation

目的探讨阴茎套联合利多卡因胶浆治疗早泄的临床效果。方法选取2014年7月~2018年12月我院收治的符合纳入标准的90例门诊早泄患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序将其随机分为A、B、C三组。A组30例患者在利用利多卡因胶浆的同时联合应用阴茎套,B组30例患者单用利多卡因胶浆,C组30例患者单用阴茎套。以上三组患者每周治疗3次,疗程8周。比较三组患者治疗前后的平均阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CIPE)评分及配偶性生活满意度评分,比较三组患者的疗效。结果90例患者全部完成临床研究,三组患者治疗前的IELT、CIPE评分及配偶性生活满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组患者的IELT、CIPE评分及配偶性生活满意度评分均高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B、C组患者的IELT、CIPE评分及配偶性生活满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者的治疗总有效率高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴茎套联合利多卡因胶浆治疗早泄的效果显著,优于单用阴茎套或单用利多卡因胶浆。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of condom combined with Lidocaine Mucilage in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods A total of 90 outpatients of premature ejaculation who met the criteria treated in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2018 were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of treatment,named group A,B and C.Thirty patients in group A were treated with Lidocaine Mucilage in combination with condom,thirty patients in B group were treated with Lidocaine Mucilage alone,thirty patients in C group were treated with condom alone.Patients in the above three groups were treated 3 times a week and for eight weeks as a treatment duration.The mean intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),Chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculation(CIPE)score and spouse sexual activity satisfaction score before and after treatment were compared among the three groups of patients.The efficacy of the three groups was compared.Results All the 90 patients completed the clinical study,there were no statistically significant differences in the IELT,CIPE score and spouse sexual activity satisfaction score before treatment among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the IELT,CIPE score and spouse sexual activity satisfaction score in group A were higher than those in group B and C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in IELT,CIPE scores and spouse sexual activity satisfaction scores between groups B and C(P>0.05).The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and C,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of condom combined with Lidocaine Mucilage in the treatment of premature ejaculation is significant,which is better than the single use of condom or the single use of lidocaine glue.
