3M透明薄膜敷贴在血液透析患者深静脉置管护理中的应用效果

Application effect of 3M transparent film application in deep venous catheterization nursing of hemodialysis patients

目的探讨3M透明薄膜敷贴应用于血液透析(HD)患者深静脉置管护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月~2018年8月我院收治的HD 120例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组使用3M伤口敷料,实验组使用3M透明薄膜敷贴。观察比较两组不良反应发生情况及患者对护理满意度情况。结果实验组不良反应总发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HD患者深静脉置管护理中使用3M透明薄膜敷贴可有效降低不良反应发生率,提高患者对护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of 3M transparent film application in deep venous catheterization nursing of hemodialysis(HD)patients.Methods A total of 120 cases of HD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,all subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 3M wound dressing,while the experimental group was treated with 3M transparent film dressing.The occurrence of adverse reactions and patients′total satisfaction with nursing between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients′total satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(81.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3M transparent film dressing in deep venous catheterization nursing of HD patients can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patients′satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of promotion and application.
