麻醉苏醒护理在全身麻醉手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of anaesthesia revival nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia operation

目的探讨麻醉苏醒护理在全身麻醉手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6~12月我院拟接受手术治疗的94例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用麻醉苏醒护理。检测两组苏醒期间的心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、氧饱和度(SpO2)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平,统计躁动总发生率,并采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估疼痛程度。结果术前,两组的HR、RR、SpO2、SBP、DBP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);苏醒期,观察组的HR、RR、SBP、DBP水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SpO2水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组苏醒期躁动总发生率为6.38%,显著低于对照组的23.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉苏醒护理能减轻全麻患者术后苏醒期的疼痛感,降低躁动的发生,促进术后恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of anesthesia and awakening nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods A total of 94 patients who planned to receive surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to December were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,47 patients in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,and the observation group was received anaesthesia resuscitation nursing.Heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),oxygen saturation(SpO2),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured during the period of awakening,and the total incidence of agitation was calculated.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain.Results Before surgery,there were no significant differences in HR,RR,SpO2,SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).During the waking period,the levels of HR,RR,SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of SpO2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of agitation in awakening period was 6.38%in the observation group,significantly lower than 23.40%in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anaesthesia and revival nursing can reduce the pain sensation,reduce the occurrence of agitation,and promote postoperative recovery in general anesthesia patients,which is worthy of promotion.
