摘要
心理资本作为心理与认知科学与组织行为心理学中用来描述人类行为资本的一个重要的学术名词,对于阐释群体化组织个体心理、团队行为认知的现状与趋势具有十分重要的现实意义。研究结果表明,国企管理人员的心理资本与其工作绩效之间呈现出较为显著的正向相关的关系,其中自我效能感与韧性细分自变量与工作绩效各因变量间呈现出较强的正相关关系。
As an important academic term used to describe human behavior capital in psychology and cognitive science and organizational behavioral psychology,psychological capital is of great practical significance in explaining the current situation and trend of individual psychology and team behavioral cognition in group organization.Focusing on the problem of"the mechanism of the influence of managers'psychological capital on their work performance",the results show that there is a significant positive correlation between managers'psychological capital and their work performance,among which there is a strong positive correlation between the independent variables of self-efficacy and resilience subdivision and the dependent variables of work performance.
