Rich culture connotation exists in emergence and heritage of craftsmanship spirit,and the craftsmanship spirit originated from Hunan culture has more vivid feature.This paper probes into the cultivation system and the heritage path of Hunan craftsman spirit,which provides craftsmanship talent cultivation methods with reference in higher vocational colleges,and promotes industry with better quality and speeds up industry transformation and upgrading.
