全面二孩政策背景下高校女教师生育二孩的影响因素及心理分析

The Influencing Factors and Psychological Analysis of Female College Teachers Giving Birth to Two Children

为探究高校女教师生育二孩意愿的影响因素及心理分析,江苏省10所高校女教师的调查问卷进行数据分析。对高校女教师生育二孩有意愿、无意愿、不确定情况作单因素方差分析,筛选出年龄、职称、工作岗位、婚育、家人照料是影响因素。以高校女教师生育二孩意愿为因变量,作线性回归分析,表明家人照料对高校女教师生育意愿程度的影响作用最大。最后选择部分高校女教师进行深入访谈分析具体的心理影响因素,给出了适当的建议。

In order to explore the influencing factors and psychological analysis of female teachers'willingness to have two children,female teachers from 10 universities in Jiangsu Province issued 500 questionnaires and collected 473 valid questionnaires.One-way ANOVA was carried out on the situation that female teachers in colleges and universities have the intention,no intention and uncertainty to have two children,and the influencing factors were screened out.The analysis results show that factors affecting the willingness of female teachers in colleges and universities to have two children in different ages,professional titles,work positions,marriage and childbearing situations,and whether there is family care.Then,taking the female teachers'willingness to have two children as the dependent variable,a linear regression analysis is made to obtain the regression equation of the influence of various influencing factors on the result of female teachers'unwillingness to have two children.The analysis results show that whether there is family care has the greatest effect on the degree of fertility desire of female teachers in colleges and universities.Finally,some female college teachers were selected for in-depth interviews to analyze the specific psychological factors.
