高职院校校企合作现在企业积极性不高的原因,主要是校企合作的一方,企业没有受益。而校企合作又是高职院校培养面向生产一线的技术技能型人才的必由之路,因此高职院校只有在校企合作中,端正思想,高举“双赢”的旗帜,坚持为企业解决实际问题,校企合作的前景才能越走越广阔。只有把企业的需求,作为高职院校教学培养的指针,才能真正培养出企业需要的“适销对路”人才。

Unprofitable state of business is the leading cause of partial one-sided enthusiasm in school-enterprise cooperation.Nevertheless,school-enterprise cooperation is the unique pattern to cultivate the technical talents.Therefore,to change the strategy and produce win-win situations,uninterruptedly solving the problems for enterprises will make us a bright future.Only if we keep on cultivate talents according to demand from enterprises,will the competent talents be cultivated for enterprises.
