乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合苦参软膏治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效分析

To annlysis the effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with Kushen ointment in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis

目的:探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合苦参软膏治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年6月我院收治的126例萎缩性阴道炎患者,随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(63例)。观察组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊与苦参软膏联合治疗,对照组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,结合阴道微生态形态学检测体系比较分析两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后7d观察组治愈率为77.78%(49/63),明显高于对照组的52.38%(33/63),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^72=8.94)。观察组密集性异常比率、多样性异常比率、乳酸杆菌减少比率、WBC>5/HPF比率、PH>4.5比率与对照组比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05,χ^2=7.59;10.05;6.03;6.63;6.03)。治疗后14d观察组治愈率为90.48%(57/63),明显高于对照组的68.25%(43/63),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^2=9.50)。观察组密集性异常比率、多样性异常比率、乳酸杆菌减少比率、WBC>5/HPF比率、PH>4.5比率与对照组比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05,χ^2=8.93;11.22;6.91;15.01;6.91)。结论:乳酸杆菌阴道胶囊与苦参软膏联合治疗可以明显提高萎缩性阴道炎治愈率,改善患者阴道微生态。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule combined with Kuhseng ointment on atrophic vaginitis.Methods:126 patients,with atrophic vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January to February in 2018,were randomly divided into observation group(63 cases)and control group(63 cases)The observation group used lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules,combined with bitterness ointment for treatment.The control group was treated with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule alone.vaginal microecological morphology detection system was used tocompare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 77.78%(49/63)7 days after treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 52.38%(33/63)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^2=8.94)The observation group intensive abnormal ratio,diversity abnormal ratio,lactobacillus reduction ratio,WBC>5/HPF ratio and pH>4.5 ratio were statistically different from the control group(P<0.05,χ^2=7.59;10.05;6.03;6.63;6.03);the cure rate of the observation group was 90.48%(57/63)14 days after treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 68.25%(43/63)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^2=9.50)The observation group intensive abnormal ratio,diversity abnormal ratio,lactobacillus reduction ratio,WBC>5/HPF ratio and pH>4.5 ratio was statistically different from the control group(P<0.05,χ^2=8.93;11.22;6.91;15.01;6.91).Conclusion:Combination therapy of lactobacillus vaginal capsule and Kushen ointment can significantly improve the cure rate of atrophic vaginitis and improve the vaginal micro-ecology of patients.
