非免疫缺陷播散性球孢子菌病一例 被引量：1

摘要 球孢子菌病是由于感染粗球孢子菌或posadasii球孢子菌的孢子而发病的一种局限性或播散性疾病。迄今为止国内球孢子菌病例报道极少,多为原发性肺球孢子菌病,本例患者为非免疫缺陷播散性球孢子菌病,表现为全身多发肿块,为球孢子菌病的诊疗提供参考。
