慢性布鲁菌病免疫机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 布鲁菌病由布鲁菌感染人体引起,是发展中国家流行广泛、危害较大的人畜共患传染病之一。临床上将布鲁菌病分为急性期和慢性期,慢性布鲁菌病的病程超过6个月。目前,人布鲁菌病的发病机制尚不十分清楚,非特异性免疫、特异性免疫和细胞因子的调节作用均参与了布鲁菌病的发生、发展和转归。布鲁菌的显著特点是在宿主体内的生存能力很强,若不能得到及时诊治,很快形成慢性感染模式。现从非特异性免疫与慢性布鲁菌感染,特异性免疫与慢性布鲁菌感染,细胞因子与慢性布鲁菌感染3个方面介绍布鲁菌病慢性化免疫机制的研究现状。
