随着创业创新愈来愈重要,大学也应在这一方面做出积极贡献。莱比锡商学院作为世界知名的商学院,利用其在商业管理领域丰富的专业知识和资源,成立了创业加速器Spin Lab,现已发展成为德国最成功的创业加速器之一。以案例研究的形式着重介绍了Spin Lab的特色以及在过去几年里积累的实践经验,希望不仅为创业企业,也为高校建立创业加速器提供借鉴。

As entrepreneurship and innovation become more and more important,universities should also make positive contributions in this regard.As a world-renowned business school,Leipzig Business School has established its business accelerator,SpinLab,with its expertise and resources in business management.It has developed into one of the most successful startup accelerators in Germany.This paper focuses on the characteristics of SpinLab and the practical experience accumulated in the past few years in the form of case studies.It provides a reference not only for entrepreneurs,but also for establishing entrepreneurial accelerators for colleges and universities.
