摘要 CORE模型旨在帮助高校建立一个高校范围内的质量管理体系。它包含在不同层面需要应用的四个基本步骤:澄清目标、优化流程、反思结果、鼓励改进。教学和学习领域可以区分四个层面,即学校、院系、专业及具体的课程。阐述了如何使用该模型来对组织进行初始分析,以及如何构建一个学校的质量管理体系。这个模型由明斯特应用科学大学开发,在过去几年里,它已成功地应用于面向拉丁美洲和非洲一些大学展开的咨询项目。 The CORE concept facilitates the implementation of a quality management system in higher education institutions. It defines four essential steps: to clarify goals,optimize processes,reflect outcomes,and encourage improvement,which must be applied to different objects. In the context of teaching and learning,we differentiate four levels,from the university over the faculty and the study program to the specific course. The article explains how the model can be used for an initial organizational analysis and the conception of your own QM system. The concept was developed at the Minster University of Applied Sciences,a large German university of applied sciences. In the last years,it has successfully been used in consulting projects with universities in Latin America and Africa.
