摘要
用户画像技术是大数据环境下实现精准化服务的重要工具。本文将用户画像技术引入综合档案馆精准化服务中,分析了其应用的必要性和可行性,分别从综合档案馆用户画像数据的获取方法、综合档案馆用户画像的维度进行分析,构建了综合档案馆用户画像的模型框架,提出了综合档案馆用户画像构建过程中应注意的一些问题。
User portrait technology is an important tool to achieve precise services in the context of big data. In this paper, user portrait technology is introduced into the comprehensive archives precise services, and the necessity and feasibility of its application are analyzed. From the method of obtaining the user portrait data of the comprehensive archives and the dimension of the user portrait of the comprehensive archives, the model frame of the user portrait of the comprehensive archives is constructed. Also, this paper put forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of the user portrait of the comprehensive archives.
