Application of detail management in pediatric nursing safety management

目的:分析细节管理在儿科护理安全管理中的应用。方法:本文研究对象为儿科患者,研究例数共100例,儿科患者均采取抽签分组方式分为两组,分为观察组(50例儿科患者)、对照组(50例儿科患者),分别实施细节管理、常规管理。结果:观察组满意度、住院时间和症状改善时间、病区管理、安全护理、护理操作评分、护患纠纷发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过在儿科护理安全管理中实施细节管理,取得显著效果。

Objective:To analyze the application of detail management in pediatric nursing safety management.Methods:The research object of this paper is paediatric patients.There are 100 cases in this study.The paediatric patients are divided into two groups by drawing lots.They are divided into observation group(50 paediatric patients)and control group(50 paediatric patients).Details management and routine management are implemented respectively.Results:Satisfaction,hospitalization time and symptoms improvement time,ward management,safety nursing,nursing operation score and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing detailed management in pediatric nursing safety management has achieved remarkable results.
