循证护理对乳腺癌患者康复及生活质量的效果

Effect of evidence-based nursing on rehabilitation and quality of life of breast cancer patients

目的:分析循证护理对乳腺癌患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法:将2017年12月至2018年12月在本院进行治疗的98例乳腺癌患者作为分析对象,随机分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以循证护理,对两组患者心理、康复依从率和生活质量进行对比。结果:干预后,研究组康复训练整体依从性98.0%高于对照组的83.7%(P<0.05);研究组SAS(38.62±7.26)分、SDS(39.52±8.35)分,均比对照组低,差异比较具有统计意义(P<0.05);且研究组社会功能(87.2±10.5)分、精神健康(86.4±13.6)分、一般健康(81.3±12.3)分、躯体疼痛(88.6±12.6)分均比对照组高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌患者采取循证护理方式,能够有效地提升患者康复依从性,改善其心理状态,并提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effects of evidence-based nursing on the rehabilitation and quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine care,and the study group gave evidence-based care.The rehabilitation compliance rate and quality of life are compared.Results:After intervention,the overall compliance of rehabilitation training in the study group was 98.0%higher than that in the control group 83.7%(P<0.05);and the social function of the study group(87.2±10.5),mental health(86.4±13.6),general health(81.3±12.3)points and physical pain(88.6±12.6)were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for breast cancer patients can effectively improve the patient's rehabilitation compliance and patient's quality of life,which is worth promoting.
