摘要 针对大体积混凝土工程养护过程中存在的养护时间长且长期占用保温材料导致材料周转效率低的问题,为提高工程建设的经济性,借助midas Civil对某工程的大体积混凝土底板进行水化热分析,根据运算得出的温度场结果,在满足温控指标的前提下,缩短养护时长,节约施工成本。应用效果表明,针对类似于42m×29m×1.5m(长×宽×厚)的底板结构而言,水化热分析可有效指导大体积混凝土工程的养护。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。 There are some problems about the maintenance of mass concrete structures,including long maintenance time,long occupation of thermal insulation materials and low material turnover efficiency.In order to improve the economy of engineering construction,based on the hydration heat analysis function of midas Civil,the temperature field of mass concrete floor of a project was analyzed.According to the results of temperature field obtained by calculation,under the premise of meeting the temperature control index,the maintenance time was shortened and the construction cost was saved.The application results show that the hydration heat analysis can effectively guide the maintenance of mass concrete engineering for the floor structure similar to long 42 m,wide 29 mand thick 1.5 m.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
