数字档案资源社会化开发内涵及模型建构

Connation and Model of Social Exploitation of Digital Archival Resources

数字档案资源社会化开发是指社会公众参与档案机构的数字档案资源开发,以最大限度实现档案价值及增值,促进档案的利用和再利用。它是今天开放创新时代档案资源开发的一种新范式。本文基于对美、英、澳、新四国国家档案馆数字档案资源社会化开发实践的调查,并参考文件连续体理论模型框架,建构了数字档案资源社会化开发模型。在此模型中,处于不同时空的多元主体通过多样化的开发活动赋予档案新意义,这个过程并不是一种线性发展的过程,而是结构化的过程。在这一过程中,它们不断地受到档案结构和社会结构的规范,但同时也在不断生产和再生产档案结构和社会结构。数字档案资源社会化开发模型描述了数字档案资源社会化开发的这一结构化过程,对档案机构开展数字档案资源社会化开发实践具有理论参考价值。

Social exploitation of digital archival resources means that the public participate in the exploitation of digital archival resources held in archival institutions to maximize their values and to promote the utilization and reutilization of archival resources.It is a new paradigm of archival resources exploitation in the time of open innovation.Based on the investigation on the related practice at the national archives of UK,USA,Australia and Singapore,and with reference to records continuum model,this paper constructs a model of social exploitation of digital archival resources.In this model,multiple agents at different time and space give archives new meanings by conducting multiple archival resources exploitations.During this process,the public are regulated by archival structures and social structures,but meanwhile,they produce and re-produce archival structures and social structures.This model can fully illustrate the structuration process of social exploitation of digital archival resources,and can also provide reference for archival practice.
