摘要
档案网站测评能够有效推动档案网站的管理水平和服务能力。论文结合Web 3.0时代技术环境和用户行为变化,提出指标设计应遵循的基本原则,构建兼顾资源、业务和网站建设三个方面的指标体系。基于新指标体系的测评实践发现,我国档案网站在搜索引擎优化、智能移动设备适配、无障碍浏览及语义网规范等方面尚存在明显不足,需要档案管理部门加强网站的资源规范描述和内容有效组织,改进用户体验以提升网站服务能力。
Evaluation can effectively promote the management level and service ability of archival websites.According to the changes of the technological environment and user behavior in the Web 3.0 era,we propose the basic principles that should be followed in evaluation indicator design,and construct an indicator system that takes the archival resource,service and Web specifications into account.Based on the evaluation practice,we find that China archives websites still have obvious shortcomings in search engine optimization,smart mobile device adaption,barrier-free browsing and semantic Web specification.Archival administration department should pay more attention to the online resource description and content organization,and provide better user experience to improve archival service ability.
