摘要
在理论界不断以"简约"为原则寻求"共性式"国家治理统一范式时,现实景象却呈现出极大的复杂性。一国的历史、制度、文化和个体行为都深刻地影响着国家治理的不同图景。本文试图从制度复杂性的角度入手为分析国家治理复杂性提供一个综合性的"情境-理论-工具"分析框架,并以这一分析框架研究中国国家治理的要素。在中国情境下,"超大国家-革命历史-改革开放"的历史情境交织,"党的领导-人民民主-依法治国"的理论叙事复杂性,以及"中国治理"的工具复杂性是理解治理复杂性的三个重要维度。
The reality shows the great complexity as we attempt to seek a unified mode of simplified governance. A country’s history,institution,culture and personal behavior deeply influence the different pictures of states governance. The paper attempts to provide an analytical framework of ‘Context-Theory-Instrument’ to analyze state governance of China,which has the history overlapping characteristics of ‘super state-revolutionary history-reform and opening up’,the theoretical narratives of ‘Party leading-people centered-rule of law’ and the instrumental complexity of state governance of China.
