基于数据仓库的住房城乡建设信息系统整合研究

多年来,各级住房城乡建设主管部门陆续建设了多种信息系统,但是这些信息系统互相独立,形成信息孤岛,迫切需要进行系统集成整合,打通数据堵点。基于江苏某市住房城乡建设信息系统现状分析,设计了住房城乡建设数据仓库,有效集成现有各类信息系统数据资源,提出了统计分析和数据挖掘的方法和路径,确定了挖掘数据的内在价值和关联关系,并尝试找出住房城乡建设领域市场变化的真实情况,分析了影响市场变化的深层次和关键性原因。

Over the years,departments of housing and urban-rural construction at all levels have built a variety of information systems,but these information systems are independent of each other.It is urgent to integrate existing systems and integrate data congestion.Based on the analysis of current situation and problem description of housing and urbanrural construction information system in a city of Jiangsu province,the paper puts forward the idea of building data warehouse,and points out that through statistical analysis and data mining to find the value of data,for the purpose of providing decision-making reference for the high-quality development of housing and urban-rural construction.
