Development and application of intelligent approval system for registration of real estate in Guangxi

基于广西壮族自治区不动产登记信息平台建设现状,提出了不动产登记智能审批系统的建设思路,实现了互联网端信息服务、内网审批以及内外网数据交换等功能。系统在全区各市、县不动产登记部门得到广泛应用,有效地提高了不动产登记业务办理效率。

Based on the current status of constructing the real estate registration information platform in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,this paper proposes the construction of the intelligent approval system for real estate registration,and realizes the functions of internet-side information services,intranet approval,and internal and external network data exchange.The system has been widely used in the real estate registration departments of all cities and counties in the region,and it has effectively improved the efficiency of handling real estate registration business.
