摘要
本文通过引入通勤距离、经济落差、房价落差、公共服务落差的修正权数,扩展经典引力模型,对深圳都市圈空间范围进行测度。结果显示,基于居住联系的深圳都市圈空间范围主要包括深圳、东莞以及惠州、广州的部分区县。区别于传统都市圈规划以市为单位进行行政划分的做法,基于测度得出的深圳都市圈空间范围,为有效定义房地产和交通基础设施等政策"半径"、合理规划都市圈规模等提供依据。
This paper estimates the spatial scope of Shenzhen metropolitan area based on the extended gravi-ty model of residential links. By introducing the correction weights of commuting distance, economic dispari-ty, house price disparity and public service disparity, and replacing spatial distance with residential con-tact distance, the classical gravity model is extended and calculated. The result shows that the spatial scope of Shenzhen metropolitan area based on residential connection mainly includes Shenzhen, Dongguan and some districts and counties in Huizhou and Guangzhou. Different from the traditional method of administra-tive division of metropolitan area planning, measuring spatial scope of Shenzhen metropolitan area provides the basis for effectively defining the policy implementation scope of real estate and transportation infras-tructure, and rationally planning the scale of metropolitan area.
