京津冀协同发展背景下河北各城市产业承接能力研究

Evaluation of Industrial Undertaking Capacity of Hebei Province under the Background of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀协同发展规划实施以来,产业协同虽然取得了一定成效,但目前,京津冀区域内产业仍高度趋同,天津与河北地区存在明显的竞争倾向,未来区域内仍存在巨大的产业调整空间。本文通过建立衡量产业承接能力的评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法,对河北各城市之间的产业承接能力进行了评估,结果表明,尽管河北整体产业承接能力有所改善,但各城市之间承接水平仍存巨大差异。通过聚类分析,我们就各个层次城市如何提升其承接能力提出了可行的政策建议,旨在促进河北产业结构调整,助力京津冀产业协同的深入进行。

Since the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, the industrial coordination has got some achievements. But Industry convergence in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region is still high, and there is obvious competitive tendency between Tianjin and Hebei, therefore, they still have a gap for industrial adjustment in this area in the future. This paper evaluates the industrial undertaking a-bility of cities in Hebei Province by establishing an evaluation index system and using the Principal Compo-nent Analysis. The results show that although the overall industrial undertaking capacity of cities in Hebei has improved, the ability for different cities is different. Through cluster analysis, we distribute some feasible policy suggestions on how to improve the carrying capacity of cities at all levels, aiming at promot-ing the industrial restructuring of Hebei Province and the in-depth Industrial Synergy between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
