西北五省产业转移综合承接能力评价研究

Study on the Evaluation of Comprehensive Undertaking Ability of Industrial Transfer in Five Northwest Provinces

中国作为世界经济第二大经济体,经济发展由低向中、高等收入阶段演变并已进入高质量发展模式。发展特点和趋势也呈现出一系列新的变化。随着我国东部地区的迅速发展,受到要素成本不断上涨,劳动红利明显下降等因素的影响,东、南部沿海地区的生产性企业和产业在寻找一个新的发展空间。本文选取20项相关指标,采取主成分分析法对西北五省区产业转移综合承接能力进行对比分析。研究发现:西北五省区产业吸引力、支持力、发展力与选择力间存在不均衡发展,整体能力有待提高。文章最后给出了提高产业转移综合承接能力的相应对策。这些实证分析结果对所研究的省区优化产业结构具有重要参考价值。

As the second largest economy in the world economy, Accordingly, China’s economic development has evolved from a low-income stage to a medium-high income stage, and has entered a high-quality development mod-el. The characteristics and trends of development also show a series of new changes. With the rapid develop-ment of China’s Eastern, Southern and coastal areas, affected by factors such as the rising cost of factors and the obvious decline of labor dividend, the factories and industries in the eastern and southern coastal areas are looking for a new space for development.In this paper, By using the empirical method and selecting 20 relevant indicators of five provinces and regions in Northwest China, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the comprehensive undertaking ability of industrial transfer. The analysis finds that there is an unbal-anced development between the industrial attractiveness, support, development and selectivity of the five provinces and regions in Northwest China, and the overall ability needs to be improved. Then it gives the cor-responding recommendations to improve the comprehensive undertaking ability of industrial transfer. These analysis results have important reference value for optimizing industrial structure of provinces and regions studied.
