摘要
人才是打造企业核心竞争力的第一要素,企业如何更好地培养人才成为了企业创建人力资源优势的关键环节。本文结合冰山模型和木桶理论,构建了技能人才"补短板"、专业技术人才"扬长板"和管理人才"固木板"三种人才培养模式。
Talent is the first element to build the core competitiveness of an enterprise, and how to better cultivate talents has become the key link for an enterprise to create human resource advantages. Combining the iceberg model and barrel theory, this paper constructs three kinds of talent training modes: "reinforcing the weak board" for skilled personnel, "strengthening the strong board" for professional technical personnel and "fixing the board" for management personnel.
