摘要
通过对多种类型添加剂的评估研究,确定了以聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐(PIBSA)衍生物、自乳化酯和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)复配来抑制镁合金腐蚀,并利用醇醚羧酸良好的抗硬水性能对配方进行优化,开发了一款无磷且使用效果能媲美进口镁合金切削液的产品.结果表明,当PISBA衍生物AMIDEMA 380的质量分数为7.0%,自乳化酯VEGIMIR 182的质量分数为6.0%,SDBS的质量分数为1.5%,醇醚羧酸的质量分数为4.0%时,所配制的镁合金切削液具有优异的腐蚀抑制和抗硬水性能,以及耐菌、低泡、使用寿命长和安全环保的优点,适用于AZ91D和AZ31B镁合金的加工.
Base on the evaluation of several types of additives,a phosphate-free cutting fluid for magnesium alloys having comparable performance to the imported counterpart was developed by the combination of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride(PIBSA)derivative,self-emulsifying ester,and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(SDBS)to inhibit the corrosion of magnesium alloys and using fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid to improve the hard water resistance.The results showed that the cutting fluid prepared with 7.0wt.%PIBSA derivative AMIDEMA 380,6.0wt.%self-emulsifying ester VEGIMIR 182,1.5wt.%SDBS,and 4.0wt.%fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid has good corrosion inhibition performance and hard water resistance,as well as the advantages of antibacterial efficacy,low foam,long service life,safety,and environmental friendliness,being suitable to process the AZ91D and AZ31B magnesium alloys.
