摘要
文章提出了一种基于多体系统传递矩阵法的超精密机床系统动力学参数辨识方法,首先建立机床系统的动力学模型,然后运用多体系统传递矩阵法求解系统的固有频率,再结合模态试验数据采用多岛遗传算法实现了对机床整机系统动力学参数的辨识。通过计算结果与试验结果的对比验证了该方法的可行性和准确性。
In this paper,a dynamic parameter identification method for ultra-precision machine tool system based on transfer matrix method for multi-body systems(MSTMM)is proposed.Firstly,the dynamic model of the machine tool system is established,and then the natural frequency of the system is solved according to the MSTMM.Finally,combined with the modal test data,the multi-island genetic algorithm(MIGA)is used to realize the dynamic parameter identification of the system.The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified by comparing the calculated results with the experimental results.
