摘要
文章研究了石墨烯胶黏涂层对硬质合金刀具YW2和硬质合金涂层刀具TNMG1600408-SM的摩擦学性能的影响。通过胶黏涂层法在刀具表面制备石墨烯涂层,利用摩擦磨损试验机测定石墨烯涂层刀具在20N,30N,40N法向载荷下的摩擦系数,并运用扫描电镜对刀具表面进行观测,利用能谱仪对刀具摩擦表面元素进行测定。结果表明:石墨烯胶黏涂层对硬质合金刀具的减摩效果十分明显,随着载荷增大摩擦系数呈现先减小后增大的规律,在30N载荷下石墨烯胶黏涂层的减摩效果最为优异。
The effect of graphene adhesive coating on the tribological properties of cemented carbide tool YW2 and carbide coated tool TNMG1600408-SM was studied.The graphene coating was prepared on the surface of the tool by the adhesive coating method.The friction coefficient of the graphene coated tool under 20N,30N,40N normal load was measured by friction and wear tester.The surface of the tool was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the elements of the friction surface of the tool were measured by energy spectrum.The results show that the friction reduction effect of graphene adhesive coating on cemented carbide tools is very obvious,and as the load increases,the friction coefficient first decreases and then increases.The friction reduction effect of graphene adhesive coating is the best under 30N load.
