基于变论域模糊滑模观测器的永磁同步电机无传感器控制 被引量:5

Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Variable Universe Fuzzy Sliding Mode Observer

摘要 在分析了国内外削弱滑模观测器系统抖振方法基础上,提出了一种基于变论域模糊滑模观测器来实现永磁同步电机无传感器控制。使用模糊控制根据滑模到达条件输出滑模增益的比例因子,从而实现滑模增益值自适应调整,使滑模抖振现象被削弱。为了进一步提高模糊控制器精度,采用变论域的改进模糊控制算法实现控制系统输入输出论域的自整定。基于MATLAB/Simulink软件平台搭建了仿真模型,将变论域模糊滑模观测器系统分别与模糊滑模观测器系统以及传统滑模观测系统进行仿真对比。结果表明该新型滑模观测器不仅能快速、有效地跟踪转子位置,还比其他两种滑模观测器更加精确估算出转子速度,同时具有较好的动态特性。 Based on the analysis of buffeting methods for sliding mode observer systems at home and abroad,a sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is proposed based on variable universe fuzzy sliding mode observer.Fuzzy control is used to output the proportion factor of sliding mode gain according to the condition of arrival of sliding mode,so that the sliding mode gain can be adjusted adaptively and the phenomenon of sliding mode chattering can be weakened.In order to further improve the precision of the fuzzy controller,an improved fuzzy control algorithm with variable universe is adopted to realize the self-tuning of the input and output domain of the control system.A simulation model is built based on MATLAB/Simulink software platform.The variable universe fuzzy sliding mode observer system is compared with the fuzzy sliding mode observer system and the traditional sliding mode observer system.The results show that the new sliding mode observer can not only track the rotor position quickly and effectively,but also estimate the rotor speed more accurately than the other two sliding mode observers,and has better dynamic characteristics.
