摘要 为克服实际加工中对切削液选择的主观性和模糊性的缺陷,提高加工质量并减小对资源消耗和环境的污染的目的,提出了基于DEMATEL-VIKOR的切削液选择模型,建立了一种综合考虑生产成本、加工质量、切削液性能、环境影响和资源消耗的切削液评价体系。首先用DEMATEL算法求得各评价指标的原因度和中心度,从而分析指标间的影响程度,并根据影响程度进行重要度排序和权重分配。然后用VIKOR算法对备选方案排序,得到一个距离理想解最近的折中方案。最后,以某电机二级减速器的低速轴加工的切削液选择为例,验证了该方案的可行性。 In order to overcome the defects of subjectivity and fuzziness in the selection of cutting fluid in practical machining,improving the quality of machining and reducing the pollution of resources and environment,a cutting fluid selection model based on DEMATEL-VIKOR is proposed.An evaluation system of cutting fluid considering production cost,machining quality,cutting fluid performance,environmental impact and resource consumption was established.Firstly,the cause degree and center degree of each evaluation index are obtained by using DEMATEL algorithm,and the influence degree of each index is analyzed,and the importance degree and weight distribution are arranged according to the influence degree.Then VIKOR algorithm is used to sort the alternatives and a compromise scheme is obtained which is the closest to the ideal solution.Finally,the feasibility of this scheme is verified by taking the selection of cutting fluid for low speed shafts of a two-stage reducer of a motor as an example.
