综合管理在慢性肾脏病3～4期患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive management in chronic kidney disease patients in stage 3-4

目的探讨综合管理在慢性肾脏病3~4期患者中的应用效果。方法选取川北医学院附属医院、西充县康桥医院和南充友豪医院在2016年3月~2018年2月收治的慢性肾脏病3~4期患者81例,以抽签形式随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例)。分别采用常规管理、综合管理,观察3个月比较两组管理效果。结果观察组饮食管理、治疗管理、躯体活动管理和社会心理管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理3个月后营养正常患者比例明显高于对照组,血尿酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合管理在慢性肾脏病3~4期患者中的应用效果突出,可显著改善患者营养状态及降低血尿酸水平,提升疾病管理能力,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive management in patients with stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease.Methods Eighty-one patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 3-4 were selected from Affiliated Hospitals of North Sichuan Medical College,Kangqiao Hospital of Xichong Country and Nanchong Youhao Hospital from March 2016 to February 2018.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(41 cases)by lottery,and they were treated with routine management and comprehensive management respectively.The differences in management effects between the two groups were observed for 3 months.Results The scores of diet management,treatment management,somatic activity management and psychosocial management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of management,the proportion of nutritional normal patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of serum uric acid was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive management in patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 3-4 is very effective.It can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the level of serum uric acid,while enhance the ability of disease management.It is worthy to promote.
