手术治疗双侧额叶脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿的疗效观察及对睡眠和生命质量的影响效果评价

Efficacy Observation of Surgical Treatment of Bilateral Frontal Lobe Contusion and Intracranial Hematoma and Its Effect on Sleep and Quality of Life

目的:分析手术治疗双侧额叶脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿的疗效观察及对睡眠和生命质量的影响效果。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年3月沾化区人民医院收治的双侧额叶脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿患者70例作为研究对象,采用数字随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。分别采用不同的手术方式,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者各项观察指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单侧骨瓣开颅手术入路治疗双侧额叶脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿临床疗效显著,应积极进行推广。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of surgical treatment of bilateral frontal lobe contusion and intracranial hematoma and its effect on sleep and quality of life.Methods:Seventy patients with bilateral frontal lobe brain contusion and intracranial hematoma admitted to our hospital in the past two years were randomly selected as subjects.The number of cases was selected from May 2017 to March 2019.Patients were divided by digital randomization.For the study group and the control group,different surgical methods were used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The observation indexes of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unilateral craniotomy for the treatment of bilateral frontal lobe contusion with intracranial hematoma is clinically effective and should be actively promoted.
